Please read the following terms and conditions that relate to the use of Printinggiant.com, before using this site. Access and use of the site is provided free of charge to all Internet users subject to the conditions below.

For the purpose of these terms and conditions Printinggiant.com shall also mean printinggiant.co.uk, PrintingGiant.com, printinggiant.com and printinggiant.

You the user agree that use of Printinggiant is at the users’ sole risk.

You the user, agree not to use Printinggiant for any reason that is illegal and/or contrary to the terms set out.

Printinggiant will not be liable for any damages or losses of any nature, incurred by you the user, occurring as a result of using this site.

Any links to any third party websites are for reference only. Printinggiant does not vouch for the integrity of these sites or the accuracy and honesty of their content, and as such will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by using these sites.

All  print products and items purchased via Printinggiant are made pursuant to a shipment/delivery contract. Risk of any loss damage and title of purchased goods passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Any files you are sending to Printinggiant either by e-mail, upload or by post, do not infringe any copyright laws or any other law.
Stated delivery times are exworks. Delivery dates and times are regarded as being non binding.

Orders shall only be binding if they have been confirmed in writing.

Orders can only be cancelled by email and only before any print files have been recieved by us. Cancellation of an order will incur an administration fee.

Print files need to be of the requested format only; jpg, tiff or pdf/X1-a 2001. Your artwork must be of the correct format and size, see individual product details. Incorrect file formats and/ or size can lead to delays and print errors. PrintingGiant.com accepts no responsibility for incorrect file formats and sizes.

All orders to be inspected by the client upon delivery and any defects or damage to be logged with the carrier. Partial damage or defect of an order will not be reason for refusal by the client. Any reason for the return of an order not logged with the carrier will not be accepted. Only returns that have carriage prepaid will be accepted. Returns are at the clients own risk.

Due to the nature of the printing process, variation in the colour of the printed product may occur, deviating from that of the supplied print files and as such will not be reason for the refusal of acceptance. Returns on these grounds will not be accepted.

It is accepted by the client that the requested quantity of printed material may vary by upto eleven percent. This is especially applicable when orders for large quantities have been placed.

Printinggiant will not fulfil orders for delivery outside of Europe due to delivery cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Printinggiant will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits or data in relation to your use of this site and our services.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

The entire content of Printinggiant is subject to copyright. Use of this content is therefore subject to copyright law.

Any dispute arising from the use of this site will be subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English Law.
